Having the city and the service in your domain name will give you a slight boost in your local SEO efforts, but not all that much. The search engines like google, bing, and yahoo are more concerned with the title of your site, the content and the backlinks coming to your website. So, it is not that big of a deal if your exact match business name is not available when you go and try to secure a new domain name for your new website.
